SPAIN
Castellón – Mediterranean Riviera
Plus: Valencia. Albufera and Barcelona
June 6 – 16, 2027
Located on Spain’s beautiful Mediterranean coast between Barcelona and Valencia, the Province of Castellón offers visitors the perfect combination of seaside relaxation, historic towns, outstanding cuisine, and authentic Spanish culture. Less crowded than Spain’s larger tourist destinations, the region is known for its pristine beaches, citrus groves, picturesque villages, and year-round Mediterranean climate.
Our home for this journey is the charming coastal resort community of Benicàssim, situated just north of Castellón de la Plana. Benicàssim is renowned for its wide sandy beaches, elegant seaside promenade, and relaxed atmosphere, making it one of the most desirable vacation destinations on Spain’s eastern coast.
Tour members will stay at the four-star Intelier Orange Hotel, conveniently located near the Mediterranean Sea and within easy reach of the region’s major attractions. From this comfortable base, we will explore Valencia, Barcelona, the Albufera wetlands, the vineyards of Requena, and the cultural treasures of the Castellón region while enjoying the hospitality and cuisine of Spain’s Mediterranean Riviera.
